ATTENDING PHYSICIANS Medical care is provided by three physicians who visit Chancellor Park to attend to resident’s medical needs, three days per week. The physicians are also available on call for emergencies 24 hours 7 days per week. PHARMACY Chancellor Park has a contract with a local pharmacy to provide services on a 24 hour basis. DIETITIAN There is a clinical dietitian on staff at Chancellor Park. SOCIAL WORKER Our Social Worker is on staff full time.
