Our residents enjoy intergenerational activities with children from on-site Oak Trees and acorns Child Care Centre.
•Chancellor Park Provides Professional nursing care/supervision and support services on a 24 hour basis. •Interdisciplinary Care – nursing; social work; recreation; nutrition; pastoral; and restorative care. •Meal service, including three meals daily, snacks between meals and at bedtime, and special therapeutic diets. •Social/Recreational, physical activities and programs. •Daily Housekeeping and laundry service. • Committees including Pastoral Care, Ethics Residents Council.
